Overview

We despatch orders Monday to Friday and aim to ship within 2-3 business days. Once our couriers have picked up your order you can expect to receive it within 2-5 business days depending on how busy they are.

Delivery Costs

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $250. All orders under that amount will be charged a flat fee. We only ship within New Zealand.

Tracking

Once we have processed your order we will email you your tracking number. This tracking number will be active once the courier has picked up your order.

Returns

If your products arrive damaged, please reach out. Contact studio@dermessence.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your goods.

• We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

• Returns received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

• Items for exchange must be unused and in the original condition and packaging they were received in.

• The buyer is responsible for any shipping cost. If returned items arrive opened or damaged they will either be returned at the buyer’s expense or destroyed within seven days.
