Payment terms

Payment for treatments and retail purchases is due on the day of service without exception. Unpaid invoices may incur late payment fees or debt recovery costs if necessary.

Website errors

We try to keep prices, descriptions and availability accurate, but errors happen. If a mistake affects your order or booking, we will let you know and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel. Where payment has already been taken, we will offer a full refund. We do not consider ourselves bound by a price or detail shown in error.
